The Centre for Studies on Human Stress (CSHS) is dedicated to improving the physical and mental health of Canadians by empowering individuals with scientifically grounded information on the effects of stress on the brain and body.
Stress N’ Go is a series of four short video capsules developed by the Centre for Studies on Human Stress (CSHS) to help adolescents have a better understanding of what stress is all about and how to cope with it. All material in the series stems from scientific studies but is presented in a way that is easily accessible and dynamic.
