Since 2019, I have been a member of the Centre for Studies on Human Stress (CSHS). After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Université de Montréal, I decided to pursue my graduate studies under the supervision of Dr. Sonia Lupien because I am passionate about the subject of stress! In 2022, I completed a Master’s degree in Psychology during which I examined the effect of classmates on anxiety experienced by students in elementary school and high school. My interests focus on the interpersonal dynamics of anxiety and stress. During my studies, I also discovered that I had a real passion for teaching and I am currently completing a micro-program at Université du Québec à Montréal in post-secondary education. My ambition is to offer quality teaching to both college and university students, and to share my passion of psychology, and above all of stress 🙂 Although I’m no longer a graduate student at the Centre for Studies on Human Stress, I still contribute to various projects. Most notably, I am responsible for social media communications.
